“Un piccolo paradiso immerso nel verde. Personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia assoluta sia della struttura che delle stoviglie. “The property was in a hilly area called Horanadu and consisted of a series of cottages along the banks of a beautiful creek with plenty of flowing water. The main room of the cottage was clean and very functional. The back porch overlooking the creek had two reclining chairs and was an ideal reading location. Food was provided by the operators of the resort and was very homely and enjoyable. The managers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local land as well as the people and……

“We were moved to a different property called Casa Seaesta at the last minute as there was a “short circuit”. Even a two star rating is overrated for this property. The entire property is cheaply built and maintained. The pool photo on the website is from the adjacent property. The guests are smoking everywhere on the property including the restaurant. The guests are drinking booze in broad daylight. The staff are poorly trained and dressed. The fittings inside the room are old and cranky.……

"Everything is good, except the air con in the public area really needs to improve. I felt it's so warm on the floor, in the 1F restaurant and in the 1F public toilet. I sweat in the toilet, too warm and my frige in the room didn't work even after mechanics come. But the air con in the room is ok. "

"My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India."
