“We loved the house and hope to return next year. The three separate gathering spaces on the main floor were perfect for having a puzzle and multiple games going at the same time. The kitchen was simply stocked with quality dishes. Beach access was easy and the beach itself was interesting and quiet, except for all the eagles. Beds were all comfortable and bedding was quality. I also loved how well signed everything was without being tacky. ”

“Nice property. Beautiful home and fun area to explore. Very peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Only missing oil and salt. Would recommend they replace some of their washcloths and bath towels as some are fraying and getting quite tired. Overall really enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved this cottage. It is steps from the beach. Two nice decks to enjoy outside and two huge windows to enjoy from inside. It is located on a subtle cove which birds loved. The cottage is very well appointed with everything you may need. We will return sometime in the future. Also, it is only 13/4 hr from SeaTac. ”

“We stayed here for a week and it was very nice to be able to come back to the house and relax after being out all day. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was amazing and well stocked. The complementary wine/drinks and snacks were very nice and I would definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“Sanctuary by the Sea is truly a beautiful location. The home is well taken care of and the backyard’s landscape is amazing. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and helped us with all of our inquiries. They also provided help with the adventures we had planned. “We had a fabulous visit filled with my daughter’s birthday celebration, Easter morning, enjoying the tulip fields, beach combing, exploring near Deception Pass and shopping around the local small towns. The bald eagles and military air activity made for special viewing as well. Highly recommend!”
