“Location was close to everything we needed ...had everything inside that we needed .spacious rooms the bugs tore us up in the yard so we couldn't use the fireplace and hammock like we would have liked . But we still enjoyed the stay .thanks for having us ”

“ Not clean at all. The bedding and towels had long hair on them, especially one of the pillows. All of the tables and countertops were sticky and visibly dirty. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste on it. I ended up washing the bedding and towels, & cleaning the countertops and tables. I got charged a cleaning fee but I'm the one doing laundry and cleaning on my vacation? I messaged the host about the cleanliness and never got a reply back. ”

“Nicole was easy to communicate with, and informative. Super cute tiny house and we felt safe with the gate and security camera. This spot was perfect distance to all our planned activities. Super clean and very relaxing. Definitely will rent again. ”

“The location was excellent! Close to many coffee shops and restaurants and in a charming neighborhood, fun to walk around and explore.We were unable to lock the door from the outside with the code, and no keys were provided for the lock below. The coded deadbolt lock required pressure on the joint, which we never got the knack of doing properly. The place, although clean, gave the impression that someone lived there and had recently exited. There was some food/milk in the refrigerator,……

“Upon arrival, we encountered a backed-up kitchen sink that led to an unpleasant odor and not so pleasant site. Nonetheless, our overall stay was pleasant. Despite an unsuccessful attempt to contact the host, we later received a call from her, which was appreciated. We recommend that the host be more attentive to guests in the future. Nonetheless, the stay and the area were enjoyable.”
