“Came to Charlotte for a new business opening. Was in town for 10 days. This condo was perfect for what I needed. Central to everything. Walkable. Quiet. Great food/bev and entertainment options all within short walks of the unit. Definitely will stay here again if I am back in town.”

“The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great……

“We live about 20 minutes away, this was our second year in a row of staying. Friday night it was a couple friends and a night out watching tourney games and enjoying Waxhaw, night two was a date night with the wife. We love Waxhaw it is really nice to be able to walk everywhere and enjoy the town. The house is clean, quiet, and within walking distance to all the town has to offer. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a nice weekend away. ”

“This was a super nice, tidy little city apartment. I especially enjoyed the balcony and the pseudo fireplace! I've stayed in the building twice and this unit is far nicer than the one I stayed in last time. Our host even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early so that we could get over to the Panthers game in time.”

“Only complaint is check out time at 10 am is too early. Should at bare minimum be 11 like hotels. Loved the amenities for us like a pitcher of filtered water, coffee and creamer etc. Great location, close to most everything and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was prompt. “Our Executive team has to come to Charlotte for work from time to time and this neighborhood is beautiful and safe! Lots of places to walk, great coffee houses, and the apartment is super comfortable and the beds are amazing! You have everything you need! Great place to be near downtown! The check in was slightly complex as you have to submit a photo ID and that was an extra step I wasn’t expecting so, we arrived at 10pm at night for me to realize I didn’t have the check in info.
