“Excellent customer service & overall staff friendliness and helpfulness. Such a nice, clean & organized hotel! The only thing I would like to see and recommend is they upgrade the TVs in the rooms to smart TVs; so customers have a way to log in with their streaming service apps. The current TVs are a little behind the times without a real guide that you scroll through and click on, and see what each channel is playing as you scroll. Beyond that, a very amazing stay and would definitely stay……

“This was our first time at the hotel and Indianapolis. What more can I say about the Westin! This was a beautiful hotel and the staff does everything to make you feel like you're the only one in the hotel, even though there was a wedding and a conference going on. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were greeted at the counter by Roshika, who was a gem. She was patient, smiled, and allowed us to check out late. We had a noise disturbance on our floor a couple of times in the middle of the……
