“We were at Snetterton race track for three days. The hotel is just 15 mins from the track, I have stayed here at the Townhouse hotel previously and will always come back. OK - The hotel is a little tired but there’s a comfy bed and a pub across the road. That’s what matters. Parking is in a public car park adjacent to the hotel. It’s a quiet village. “The room was great, lovely quiet location and staff were very helpful. Having the suite was a real treat although a shelf or platform by the freestanding bath and extra toiletries would have been nice. The property is ideal for an exclusive break but looking a bit tired in places, they could make much more of the gardens, which looked rather unkept, but perhaps the time of year was a factor. Unfortunately the fine dining options were not available, which for a bank holiday weekend was……

“The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights. Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. ”
