“Fabulous location to Universal Studios!!! The property is a bit older but fairly well kept. Apartment was decent, I cleaned up a few things but nothing worth mentioning. Didn’t need to reach out to property manager so I don’t know what the response timeline would be. I would stay again!”

“The place was exactly as described in the listing , mark gave clear & easy check in instruction & was prompt with communication , close to a lot things my kid loved the indoor & outdoor pool even made a friend while we were there! It was the perfect stay! Hope to stay again soon! ”

There are so many good things to talk about this place: the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, the place was very clean, the beds where the best part: super comfortable and similar to the one we had at home. “The worst place I have ever stayed. When we arrived there was no running water to our room. It was dirty and smelled terrible. My children were bit by bugs. We drove 16 hours to get to Florida upon arrival to our hotel we had to wait to check in because they had to wait for an email from someone stating that we rented the room. Then when we tried to go to sleep, we realized they did not give us enough pillows or blankets. When we needed more blankets, we went to the front desk and they told us……

“I enjoyed my 3 week stay at the apartment. It felt like home. It was very comfortable, close to shopping areas, grocery, restaurants, Universal and Disney. They had basic cookware, laundry services available, cable tv and a/c. Looking forward to come back here again.”

“Our stay was good. The hotel is a bit run down but the apartment i stayed in wasnt bad. It did smell of stale cigarette smoke and the carpet is old but everything was good. The host was prompt to reply and took care of any concerns i had. ”

“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel again in our next vacation. Another important point is that the staff is very professional and……

“Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.”
