“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. “Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge.
Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect.
They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.”

“i rarely do reviews but we loved this property so much i feel is under rated. we love the cleanliness and how spacious it was. it was very comfy. they provide with plenty of towels and many basic necessities.
the only negative comment is the resort fees. $45 for 2 night just because? and the deposit at least i understand i will get it back. but i already paid my 2 nights. why further spending?
but i will definitely reconsider when traveling to Orlando. Good choice ”

“I Stayed here for a week, me and my 7 year old. We had the"luxury condo with a lake view". From my understanding not all units are owned and managed by Enclave hotel & suites, some are individually owned which is what I had. So it seems experience may vary because of that.

“I had to change rooms because the room I was given at first the AC was not working. I mentioned the AC not working because how fast they took care of the issue. Once I was moved I loved staying there. It was quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again.”

“I enjoyed it. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go. If i have to give a complaint, it would be i wished the beds were slightly softer and, more wash towels. There were nearly enough and since it was a private company that owns them, the front desk cant give you any. Overall, great experience! I would stay there again. ”

"I’ve been to Orlando nearly 10 times, and this is by far the most expensive yet most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the promotional photos—if you’re looking for a comfortable, quality stay, this isn’t it.
The room wasn’t terrible, but absolutely not worth the price—more like a motel than a proper hotel. Only one slow elevator for the entire building, the other was out of service the entire time,so there were always lines. The room was small, damp, and had a strange smell. The coffee machine worked on and off, and the AC was loud and likely unclean—I woke up with a sore throat.
The location is isolated—you need a car to go anywhere. Worst of all, one front desk staff (a woman wearing a mask) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I lightly cleared my throat, she snapped at me to cover my mouth in a harsh tone. If she’s so uncomfortable around guests, she shouldn’t be working in hospitality."
