“We came up to visit our son at UC Merced and this place was perfect! So much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is safe and allowed us to cook our own meals and play games as a family. Check in was simple and property owner answered all my questions! We would for sure stay again!”

“It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner”

“Overall, this property was easy to access and easy to communicate with the owners. Very very clean. Cute, modern decor and furniture. The shower situation wasn’t the best- the two upstairs bathrooms had signs about water temp not being great so we all showered in the small shower downstairs. The pressure was not strong but I could deal with it for a short time. Plenty of towels. Would have benefited from being stocked with more of the basics- paper towels, toilet paper, large trash bags etc.……

“We had a great stay in Ceres visiting family, and this property was a large part of it. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Great space for the kids and they LOVED the time in the pool !!!! Owner did a fantastic job equipping the house to make our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!!!”
