“Property was as advertised. Clean, up to date appliances. The host communicated very well which made our stay comfortable. Parking is probably the biggest inconvenience but that’s expected staying in the city.”

“It was a great stay in this wonderful apartment. Nice, clean and absolute amazing. The host was lovely as well.”

“My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the……

“The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! ”

Not as big as we thought it would’ve been but it worked out. The rooftop view was amazing and hanging out on the roof was fun. “Clean and spacious”

“Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! ”

“This was perfect for our needs - I really appreciated the ease of booking and check-in/check out, and the kindness of our host. The place was very much as it looked online. It was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and everything was clean. Very good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ”

“We loved this apartment. It was a little bit of a walk from the main road (Hudson after getting off the path train), but very doable. Area is very walkable. Bed was very comfortable,But pullout was not. Loved that we could do a load of laundry before heading home. ”
