“The hotel and our room were very clean. Pool area was safe and clean. Grounds were manicured. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast was taken care of by wonderful friendly people. That being said, management should update their menu. Was so looking forward to menu items as described on the website. It is a continental breakfast at best. Didn't see the need to be charged for parking as it is a regular hotel with a huge parking lot. But otherwise we had an excellent vacation……

“Very convenient to walk downtown St Augustine. Property simple, staff excellent especially the chef who made sure our group enjoyed breakfast. Only negative is floors in the room was very dirty. Other than that, all was acceptable.”

“The stay was great besides the train noise all hours of the night and the roosters . Breakfast was good for the most part. Rooms were clean when getting there but noticed they never once came and cleaned our rooms so had to keep going to the front desk to ask for stuff. Pool was great ! ”

“It was good. The front desk check in lady was not too friendly. Said onsite parking but neglected to say there was a nightly fee of $20. Parking is a nightmare and someone has to help you park. They parked us on one side and the room was on the other side. Hotel offers no cart for luggage. There is also a termite problem in the room. we are hoping we did not bring any home with us. I took pictures of one of the bugs and several wings. Great spot next door for breakfast called marys.……

“I stayed here for a single night with my 10 year old son. While it's clear this used to be a luxury property, it's in need of a bit of updating and maintenance. With that said, I'd happily stay here again. The breakfast was great, the staff were great, and it's a convenient location just off I-95, but set back enough that it doesn't feel that way. It's a real shame that the World Golf Village and Golf Hall of Fame couldn't find a way to stay open in St. Augustine. All the shops and the Imax……
