“This property was an affordable way to have an enjoyable stay near all the sights of Acadia. The ability to do laundry during our trip was a big plus as well as 4 twin beds for 4 adults with room to spread out. Generally we spent time exploring Acadia and Bass Harbor but having the house allowed a day of relaxation and puzzle assembly for some while others spent more time hiking. Owners were fantastic!! Would stay again. ”

“A charming and clean studio apartment just outside of the Bass Harbor village and a short drive to restaurants, convenience stores and waterfront. Less than 30 minutes to Bar Harbor. The hosts are on site and very accommodating. ”

“The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden……

“I unfortunately got to the property after dark and mistook their house for the tiny home, but Dan came right out and showed me around despite it being dark out! Very sweet of them! I loved staying there and wish I booked the whole week, I will definitely be back!!”

“The cabin has a great screened in porch in front and a patio out back. It is a great place to relax after a long day at Acadia! It is very peaceful in the evenings. We loved our stay here!”

“Amazing spot! Simple, quiet, with a sprinkle of local lobster boats humming by. Perfect weather highlighted the sky, the water and the sunsets. I put away the phone (unreliable internet) opened up a good book, visited the nearby sand beach for a cold plunge, and took in some local theater. This place is a gift for the soul. ”
