“This was my first time in Maine and it was a great experience. The house was perfect, felt like home. The location was awesome, close enough to the busy Bar Harbor and park entrances but remote enough to relax. Ian was quick to respond to any question I had. Would definitely recommend the sunrise hike up Cadillac Mountain!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Fitter House! Clean home, large backyard for kids to play, plenty of space and beds for the 7 of us in the home. 6 minute drive to Bass Harbor Head lighthouse, 5 minute drive to Archie’s Lobster, 30 minute beautiful drive to Bar Harbor, and within several hikes close by. We saw multiple deer and turkey came through the yard and up close to the house. Super quiet and relaxing!”

“Perfect! The property is well laid out inside and outside. Check in was so easy. The cabin was spotless, decorated for style and function, and makes you feel comfortable being away. Truly a luxurious stay. Loved all the little touches, like the lotions, bathrobes, and cotton tips/pads. Great linens and towels. The outside space is peaceful, great grill, hot tube and fire pit we used them all with ease. We loved the location, was close enough to access all the hikes we wanted and surrounding……
