“Das Haus in Connell liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt ruhig, in direkte Nähe liegt ein schönes Pub und Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Upon arrival at the gates, a herd of deer greeted us. The cottage, the appointments, the location, the tranquility did not disappoint. As birdwatchers, we enjoyed morning walks with various birdsongs. We would definitely return.”

“Great cottage with a lovely mix of the traditional and the new, with good kitchen facilities providing everything you need for cooking. The sun room was a lovely space for relaxing in the evening, watching the changing weather and the peace and tranquility of the location. The showers in both bathrooms were good, powerful showers and the option for a bath in the main bathroom. WiFi worked well at both ends of the cottage and on the lovely sunny days the garden was a good space to enjoy.We also……

“Fantastic place. Would highly recommend staying here. Cosy, clean and all the facilities you need. So if want to cook Dave and Co. have put a lot of thought into making it a home from home. Everything you need is there. If cooking is not for you there's always the microwave! Or you could visit the island's Gealic Heritage centre. Great food. We walked to it.... superb walk taking in the flora and fauna. So peaceful. Good that there is good WiFi... Unfortunately we all seem to want to be……

“We stayed in ‘The Bothy’ at Artun. Mrs Cameron met us and made us feel welcome. The position of the Bothy was good for us as it was close to the loch and we saw an otter. We enjoyed the peaceful setting. Thank you.”

“This is a marvelously idyllic location with sheep in the hills and birds soaring about. The peace and quiet were much appreciated, yet it was only a quick 10-minute drive into the heart of Oban. It was an excellent base of operations for exploring the nearby islands, and I would love to go back and just stay as a sort of retreat.”
