“Kilbowie Retreat is a very comfortable and spacious apartment beautifully decorated but with a homely feel. Its waterfront location is superb with wonderful views across to Kerrera Island. We loved the peace & tranquility. It is a short drive into Oban … too far to walk… where we discovered our favourite seafood restaurant Ee-Usk. The mussels are the best ever! We can thoroughly recommend Kilbowie Retreat as very exquisite holiday accommodation.”

“Stayed for five nights amidst our month of Scotland travels. A bit away (hour or so drive) from most tourist locations if that's what you're looking for. Amazing restaurant a few miles away. Fiona and Andy were just great and had lovely neighbors. Helps to gather groceries in Oban before coming in. Lots of sheep! Didn't get to the BBQ but its a great option!”

“We had a wonderful time. The cottage was cozy and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds warm and comfortable. It was a perfect spot for our family. The only warning is that the one lane road is a little tricky- just go slow!”
