The location is close to everything you need in driving range. I can’t say anything more than that I will always try to book this place every year I go to OC! “Owner was wonderful in commutations before, during stay and on check out. Notified us ahead of time that we could check in early although we were unable to because we were stuck in traffic. When we had a question on check out procedures he responded immediately. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and close to the beach. This was our first experience with VRBO and we were very pleased. ”

“We all had a great time. The house had everything you could want: very large living areas, dining area, kitchen and super sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 5 minute walk to the beach! Like other reviews a NEW lock box is needed….. VERY difficult and extremely awkward to use. One other thing, could you do something about the traffic leaving town on Saturday morning??? It took us 2 hrs to go 25 miles! ”
