“We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future.”

“We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities……

Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. One of our best trips, albeit to short. Cannot recommend this hotel ans its team enough.”

“Marketed as 5 star hotel. But the rooms, services, food is 2 star. The only good thing about this place is the location (by the beach). The rooms are old, the tv 32”, no room service, slow internet, the food horrible. ”
