“This spot was very convenient and most comfortable. It was a very nice spot for our 2-day stay. The breakfast was mediocre at best, limited variety and no non-pork options for meats. Definitely need to correct this limitation. ”

The rooms are great and convenient to our work but the staff puts Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Arlington South above all others stays. And that is why we always choose this location. ”

“The check in process took forever even though I was booked on Expedia. They didn't have free WIFI as advertised. Their water dispenser was broke at breakfast and when we asked for water they said we had to pay for bottle water. They disconnected all of our room keys because they thought we were there for only 1 night which we had booked 2. They didn't restock my room with coffee creamers and when I went down to ask for more they said I would have to wait until the next morning when the maids……

“I had a wonderful experience with the front staff, who were incredibly friendly and even treated my dog to some treats, which brought him so much joy during our stay! Currently relocating from Arizona to North Carolina, this was our second night away from home, and my pup was understandably a bit anxious. I truly appreciated how patient and kind the staff were when he barked a couple of times. Their support made a big difference for both of us. the staff were when he barked a couple of times.……
