“We stayed at this beautiful and relaxing woodland property with our extended family to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday. He very much enjoyed the time there. Everything from the outdoor spaces and the hot tubs to the lovely, large home were well maintained. The site was centrally located for all the activities we had planned. We found the home to be very relaxing and comfortable when we were gathered together. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Susan regarding questions.……
"The hotel is relatively old, the rooms are large, the furnishings are old, the ground and lounge chairs in the balcony and garden are not clean, especially some outdoor grounds have many fallen leaves that have not been swept. It makes walking inconvenient, especially not conducive to the elderly. In short, the sanitary conditions are poor and the breakfast is too simple. It is convenient to travel, and you can walk to downtown and Fisherman's Wharf in a few minutes."
"I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged."
