“House was excellent for our family ski trip. Only major issue was check-in. Door codes were incorrect and it took us about 40 minutes to enter. Local contact was unavailable. We were able to contact owner thru vrbo who provided access. Also, there were only 12 towels for 12 people. But, the house met all our needs very well.”

“We were very lucky to find this amazing Alpine Cabin for our family snow vacation in February. Thank you to Jess and Family for such an amazing opportunity. We really enjoyed the design of the Cabin with amazing A-frame, gas fireplace and plenty of room for all. It was very well appointed, supplied and super clean. I must add that the communication was excellent and the check-in process was superb as we were met in person by the owner and shuttled in the winter to the Cabin with their snowmobile……

“It's a nice place to stay, we enjoyed our time there. It had alot of activities for everyone, board games, pool, darts etc. It also has kitchenware, air beds and baby sleeping gear. Our host was very accommodating. In my opinion I feel the description is just a little misleading. It states there's 4 bedrooms but it's only a 3 bedrooms house with a loft. It also states that there are 2 living room with double sofa beds but the main living room does not have a sofa bed. Overall it's a spacious……

“A quick family weekend in Calaveras County. The main floor and deck are nestled in the trees, a private tree house with the amenities of a comfortable home. Easy access to Calaveras Big Trees and various hiking trails in the Stanislaus National Forest. Equally easy access to wine tasting in Murphy’s. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the comfort of this A-Frame cabin nestled in the trees with the serenade of birds. A perfect family get-away.”

“The house was spacious and had several amenities. The hot tub was great and the large, fenced in backyard was ideal for the dog. Only downsides were that the fridge was not working and a loaner fridge was installed and 2 of the fireplaces were not working. The heated floors were also nice. ”

“Talk about a STELLAR home. The photos don’t do it justice. From the beautiful chefs kitchen to the comfy common areas, it was perfect for my group and I. We had plans in town over the weekend and ended up being greeted by a snow storm upon arrival and we couldn’t have been happier to stay in and enjoy this beautiful space. Riley and Clyde were very helpful/quick with responses and were a joy to communicate with. I travel quite often and this has been my best stay yet. We can’t wait to return! ”

“Zach's house was awesome! Nice open floor plan upstairs. All of the comforts of home-streaming on TVs, Alexa for music, plenty of kitchen accessories, gas grill on the porch, comfortable beds, spacious fenced-in yard & access to trails & open spaces. Zach accommodated an early check-in & was very communicative. We would definitely rent from Zach again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable sanctuary in South Lake Tahoe.”
