“We stopped for two nights in Charleston and booked this cute cottage. The owner, Sarah was extremely helpful before check-in and during our stay. A very nice extra were farm fresh eggs available for our enjoyment. They were delicious! The proximity to Charleston city center was close, but not within walking distance. The property is on a busy road. If mild road noise doesn't bother you then you wouldn't notice.”

“Host was great at communicating and was very flexible with us when we needed to change our reservation, seems like a very kind person and easy to work with when planning our trip. Location is absolutely perfect either for spending time in downtown Charleston for sightseeing or for proximity to Folly Beach, and price for that location cannot be beat. “This is probably the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The scenery was breathtaking, and my family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. We saw tiny crabs, ducks, fish, birds and even a dolphin during low tide from the dock. The house itself was wonderful! Cozy and clean.
