“When we arrived, the reservations were not found. We were evacuating due to a hurricane and had little choice but to pay the hotel again, as by this time there were no other hotels available. The room had no pillows on the bed, the remote was missing for the TV so we could not watch for updates on the storm, there was only 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper for a 2-night stay, the AC had 2 settings (Artic blast and hot), there was only 1 bath towel for 2 people for 2 days (no wash cloth or hand……

“The day before we were to arrive, I received a message from the property owner. She stated there was an issue at Tiny Paradise she needed to address, but didn't want to cancel. She offered us the Big House at no additional charge. It was wonderful. I would say the only thing we didn't like were the trains going by not far from the property a couple of times each night.”
