The owner was quick to respond to questions as was the property manager. Our kids liked the TV’s in their bedrooms, as they don’t have that at home! We also enjoyed the pool, especially on the 80 degree day we got. The pool heat was definitely worth it, even though we did not use the pool every day of our stay as we were……

“This house has everything you need! My children LOVED the themed rooms! Only needed to buy groceries, Publix was a short drive away. Beds were very comfy!”

“This home was perfect for my family and I. There was enough space to accommodate all 17 of us comfortably and still have extra space and empty beds. The house was extremely clean and close to everything we needed. I look forward to booking with you all again. ”

“Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me……

“The neighborhood was well kept and the home was beautiful. The host was very easy to communicate with and the home needed minimal cleaning. I had recently stayed at another home prior to this booking and the host was a total creep and the home was not clean at all (property #2426203). We plan to visit this home yearly for family vacations”

“We stayed here with our teenage children and a couple of friends over Christmas and New Year’s to escape cold New York. This house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean and was even decorated for Christmas. When not out sightseeing, we loved using the game tables in the garage. I did text the house managers to let them know of a small issue with the vertical blinds, but never got a response. Also, I did feel that this housing community was a little more remote……

“It was a nice property. The house you can tell is older. A few broken things, hot tub never got hot even after 3 days just like a warm bath. There are no lights over or in the pool, so swimming at night or was pretty dark. ”

“We loved this rental - very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Included use of brand new BBQ, pool was heated as requested, kitchen had everything we needed in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. We were just 2 adults so this wasn't an issue but if for a group of 6 then seating in TV area and at dining room table would be a bit tight. Loved the lounge chairs and seating area in the lanai. Private and comfortable. Would definitely rent again!”
