“no running water upon check in. Had to find someone to help with main water valve. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. No contact with host at all during the 2 night stay. I ended up……

“Our stay was a good one - Angela was good at communicating and helped us out upon check in. The only issue was a scheduled maintenance of the main pool and hot tub for the entire 2 weeks we were here. Luckily there was a smaller pool to enjoy but the kids would have liked the bigger pool ! ”

One of the pools that we went to had enough room. The inside of this property is immaculate. I don't think i have stayed in a cleaner VRBO. Beds in the master and 2nd bedroom were very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed during our trip. Host was only a phone call/text away. ”

“The condo was clean and very well maintained. The property had a lot of things to do, the pools were very clean. The entrance gate was an issue getting in until the owner contacted them the third day. Loved the stay will book again”

“The house was located right across the street from the beautiful heated resort style community pool. It was very convenient to walk there when my husband took the car to play golf. The house is large with 2 living rooms. The furniture is old and beat up but the space of the house and the proximity to the pool more than make up for it.”

“Condo was in a nice area, clean. Beds comfy, nice looking place. Air condition as a major frustration. I was in town for a conference, got back the last night late, the a/c would only turn on Intermittently.The condo would not cool lower than 76 degrees. I’m wondering if the owners were using the off peak hours energy setting which doesn’t work in Florida with high temps and humidity. The pillows need to be changed out, they are all dead. I had to combine multiple pillows to have adequate……
