“Nice clean place, ping pong was a nice addition!”

“The property is definitely good for a family reunion. Place was nice and swimming pool cleaned . They provided bath towels, cooking utensils , ect. We love the place and missing it already. Large Master bedrooms. The only thing I found that I need to say is they have about 2-3 broken dining room chairs. Walls to the stairways needs cleaning and the door to the movie room Bottom part is dirty as well”

Entry gates being open at different times was a little confusing at first. Takes a few minutes to get off the interstate and to the community.Main problem was with resolving issues - host was responsive to communications but follow-up wasn't there. Contacted about three issues:1. Hot tub not heating up - after flipping the heater on, nothing happened after about……

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location, communication with the owner was extremely easy. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of room for everyone.”

“We arrived at 6AM on Sunday so we booked starting Saturday so that we could straight to the property and recover from our red eye flight. I was nervous that something would go wrong but it didn’t. The gate guard had our name and the host had given us the code for the lock on Saturday. It was a little too last minute for me, but we did get it in time for our arrival. The place was clean and stocked well with dishes. We went shopping for supplies and I did end up getting more essentials like……

“This was a great property. The house was clean, the pool was great, the theatre room was a hit with the kiddos!!!Kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time and any issues we had were felt with quickly. Would stay again. ”

“Nice quiet 1 bedroom converted from some of the garage. Bed was a little rough. Room only had A/C unit and no heat. But, thankfully it didn't get freezing cold inside. Lots of TV choices for streaming only. No local antenna channels. It would be very helpful to know that this is part of the 812 address. As I arrived after dark and was not too comfortable driving into an occupied driveway! It was very refreshing to not have to pay crazy "fees" as part of this rental. Owner very responsive.”
