“We were able to WALK everywhere from here. All down Frankfort to grea t pubs, restaurants anything you need. We walked over to Baxter Ave. Again great neighborhood- Safely walk anytime without worry. We also walked to NULU Market downtown. Safe trip about 1.4 mile trip. Great energy. ”

“Nicely renovated Victorian. Clean and neat with all necessary conveniences. Quiet neighborhood in convenient location. As others have mentioned the neighborhood seems safe enough but is a little run down. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood but that was due to a busy schedule not the area. There is noise from the highway but that didn’t affect sleeping. There is a white noise machine in the master bedroom if needed. The host, Matt, was very quick to respond to any needs. ”

“This house is a beautiful historical home. The home is older so there are a few things that remind you of that but its definitely a great stay. There's plenty of parking nearby, the garage is convenient, and everything's within a 15 minute drive max. ”

“Fun and cool space but you have to remember it’s above a bar. That was really fun for us but might not be for all. It’s loud until 2am but didn’t bother us. Had some issues with the code and the host was super responsive and helpful. ”

“We stayed 3 nights in this unit while visiting the bourbon trail. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with David was great. Only suggestion for VRBO listening is to include unit on second floor with flight of somewhat steep steps. May be an issue for some people. ”

“We really liked the esthetics of the place. It was very cute and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also very nice and we would 100% stay there again! There were some cobwebs and spiders in the ceiling corners, and some of the dishes didn't look clean, so we washed them. Other than those items, we really enjoyed our time and the accommodation. ”
