As other reviewers have noted, it's in a VERY ideal location--15 to 30 minutes from anything you'd want to explore: small towns, bigger towns, parks, hiking, it's truly a magical area.The field behind the house was perfect for an early morning romp with our dog. “The apartment is a lovely blend of quaint and convenient. Tranquil setting w goats, chickens, gardens, and lots of birds at numerous feeders. Decor is tasteful, bed is excellent, towels are plush, both AC and heat work well, kitchenware is very nice, PLUS the place is well-stocked with everything from Q-tips to a worthy collection of great books. In all, it was great although I would have preferred a more meticulous and deeper clean before my arrival.”
