“This cute brownstone was perfect for our family of 5. Great location that was wakable to city transportation and a small grocery and lots of restaurants. If we couldn't find something the owner had it to us within hours. Only down side was that the kitchen was pretty sparse and the beds were more firm than we are used to. ”

Neighborhood is okay, coming and going after hours was uncomfortable with the only entry being in the back alley of the area. “This unit has everything that you could need for a trip to DC. Located in a very cool neighborhood with views of nature outside the door but right in the heart of a city neighborhood. We easily walked to a cafe and enjoyed a delicious lunch and to a market for essentials. The off street parking was a huge plus. “My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for his reunion weekend and it did not disappoint. The apartment is conveniently located right outside of Gate 1 and so close to the all of the downtown offerings. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse”
