“The communication was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Location is the best for USNA and walking to restaurants and shops in Annapolis. House is very charming with many amenities.”

“We stayed at the host property for a long weekend in town for a family baby shower nearby. We were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the location, spacious accommodations and responsiveness of the host. There is a weekend farmers market and we wound up getting fresh produce to cook and some great food and desserts to eat. Parking was a breeze and the nearby park was wonderful for our daily walks. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10!!”

“This place was a great choice for our visit to DC college campuses, the zoo, and the Cherry Blossom Festival. It’s conveniently located to park and ride the Metro on the red line. Parking was a breeze, the kitchen is pretty well set up for feeding a family (it doesn’t have a blender or kitchen towels at this time and the dishwasher racks are on their last leg), and the furniture is all comfortable. The WiFi signal was not consistently good throughout the house (the living room TV could not keep……

“This place was adequate and convenient, but certainly far from gracious. Access requires walking in the dirt around a motorbike on the walkway. All the furniture, linens and dishware are sound but old. The beds are soft. You hear anyone walking about upstairs. But you can't beat it for the price in DC, and everything works. The neighborhood seems safe - between two elementary schools. Lots of parking, though signs say 2-hour limit, but we did not get ticketed. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay!”

“We were visiting the Baltimore and DC areas and stayed here for a few days. Small but very nice townhouse close to many things. Nice neighborhood. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring a few of your own things. It was very limited on those things. But overall, very nice and would stay again if ever in the area.”

“We felt very comfortable. The home is well furnished & nicely decorated. All the appliances, along with the TV sets, etc are very modern.Beautiful wood flooring. The internet service was excellent also. ”

“Great experience staying at this place for a Spring Break trip for 2 families. Bus stops nearby were easy to use, Metro a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to DC.”

“Really enjoyed the stay in this cute DC home!”

“We loved the location which had easy access to a trail, we had deer visiting every morning in the front yard, and lots of room for all of us to spread out! The smallest room is the kitchen but we weren’t there to cook. The house had easy access to downtown DC and most importantly the zoo! The towels and linens were clean and aupee soft! We would definitely stay there again! Owner response to any problem was quick and polite! ”

“Great wx and weekend visit to the Naval Academy. Walking distance to everything and neighborhood was a nice getaway from main street ”

“Home was clean and as advertised, especially the description of noise. This property is conveniently located near attractions, several health systems and most importantly on a busy street so noise should expected so we were prepared for that. We weren’t prepared for the temperature fluctuations which we figured out on our last night were bc the middle window in the living room wouldn’t seal fully so cold and additional noise would come in. Some amenities were dated such as the kitchen utensils……

“We had a great time at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of many good restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had a few spices, coffee, etc. for use. Bonus: LOTS of bathrooms (4.5), so we never had to fight over them. Check in and check out were easy.— I definitely didn’t feel that we were asked to do too much. The hosts were responsive and kind. I’d highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in the area. ”

“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight.
