“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. “The place was adequate for our stay and what we had to do was good location. However, the most important part the beds were horrible, unfortunately. We didn’t even stay the last night.”

“We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. “The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled. They offered me a property for 15 hrs. My original reservation was for 5 days. I ending up declining and driving back home which was a 5 hr drive. Horrible people. They did not care that i was traveling with a……
