“The cottage was everything and more than promised. We were vacationing and exploring DC - very convenient to the Metro and it was great having a “home” to come back to in the evening instead of a hotel room. Craig was responsive but gave us our space. We would recommend staying if you are looking for something in the area. You won’t be disappointed. As a bonus, the dogs were very friendly and made us laugh.”

“Amazing house! perfect for my family and our stay in Annapolis. Perfect location to everything. We had all of the amenities we needed and everything was easy to use. If I had one thing negative to say, I wish I could have had my dogs with us, I would have gladly paid a cleaning fee to have them there. Luckily I was able to make other arrangements. “We booked this property, along with the other property at the marina for our wedding weekend and WOW - we LOVED our stay. The views from this cute little cottage are phenomenal. We woke up each morning to watch the sunrise. The hosts were extremely accommodating and even helped secure our cake topper that we accidentally left behind in the whirlwind of check-out. This was the perfect spot for our first look as well. I would highly recommend booking this place for a cute romantic stay!”

“My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend. “Riva Waterfront “The Cottage” was a perfect place to have our girls getaway to celebrate birthdays. We enjoyed kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub and just relaxing inside and outside.
