“Location,location,location!!! Safe,walkable, & beautiful unit. Stocked with everything you might need. Owners easily accessable. There is a little street noise but usually ends by 10pm, it is city center so this is to be expected, there are noise canceling wooden window coverings. No parking but I do NOT recommend renting a car in Athens. The streets are very narrow all around & driving is quite caotic, this coming from someone who drives in New Orleans and has driven in New York city. The roof……

“I stayed here recently and overall had a good experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. Just a heads-up: there’s no front desk in the building itself, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. The location is very central—great for getting around—but also quite noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.”

“Very helpful and nice staff. It was surprise that two little bottles of moscato were complimentary. It was nice to have a pantry inside the room. We had 3 persons. There were a double bed and a sofa bed. It would be better if the hotel could arrange an extra bed, instead of a sofa bed. By the way, the hotel is at a very good location.”
