“I love it here. Nick and his wife are so kind and wonderful. I never stay anywhere else when I’m in the Norfolk area. Clean and quiet and I love the courtyard area. Plus it’s one block from the beach with super easy beach access. ”

“Everyone was courteous, nice and helpful. The room and linens were clean. The only exception was that one elevator was out of service and other one was working properly. ”

“The price was on the money for a 4 night stay. I was in town for my 50th high school reunion and this place was perfect for my venue. ”

“The person at the reception desk never greeted us and stated just wait I just got here and I’m not logged in but kept eating her snack instead of logging in to check us in. The back door of the reception area was open and showed a very messy and dirty part of the back office just not a good look. The room was great and clean and breakfast was also good can’t complain there but that first impression was not great. ”

“Staff were exceptional. Helpful, kind, and pleasurable to be around. We checked in around 9pm and were greeted like royalty. The room and bathroom was very clean. The AC did not make odd sounds and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. We stay here anytime we are in the area and in need of a place to stay. ”

“1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.”

“This hotel was a pleasant surprise as it is older but very well maintained. The rooms are very nice, beds were comfortable and the front desk attendant was awesome. We stayed for 2 nights and ended up having to stay a 3rd night so I went right back to Relax Inn. If ever in Hampton again this is where I will stay.”
