“This house is perfect for a family getaway. It's a short drive to Buckroe Beach, local parks and downtown. The neighborhood is full of families and children. The house itself is beautifully decorated to give you that "I'm on vacation at the beach" vibe. But moreso than that, it has the most thoughtful extra touches - there are beach chairs, there's a Pack n Play and a kitchen booster seat in case you have a little one, there's a big yard so the kids can go outside and get out of your hair. “This is the reservation to get if you want to stay in Virginia. We absolutely loved it. It does not hurt that it has the most beautiful backyard with the most incredible view of the water. It is so calming and it felt like we were at a yoga retreat. The house itself is beautiful, and I will say that the furniture is a little bit older, but to me that was part of the charm.
