“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. “Beautiful property and closeness to good shopping and eating”

“The room was nice, the people were nice and welcoming and the lounge chairs and umbrella that were set out on the beach were comfortable. Beach access was great. The machine noise next to us was sounding like a garage door opening and closing and was louder than expected and kept waking us up. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. The shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, and I could have used some counter space, a small cabinet next to the sink would be nice. The……

It was the perfect location in Sebastian with restaurants and places to visit within walking distance along the waterfront, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I guess I didn't realize how big it it was when I rented it, but it has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one very modern and nicely appointed bath, full-size w/d, and a very large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen.
