“Good location and pleasant overall surrounding. Nice carpark and convenient access to room. But elevators were slow and control buttons are a bit out-of date. Pleasant an courteous staff. Nice and spacious room.”

“Beautiful building and property. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. What needs improvement are the tvs in the rooms. The picture was warped and not very clear.. also the lunch menu in the restaurant to have some gluten free options. The restaurant staff were excellent in finding a situation for me with what they had.”

“We stayed for two nights as a family of 3, beds we’re comfortable and clean, only downside was the bathroom is very run down, some stains on carpet and mould around windows, didn’t bother us too much as we were out all day doing things but could definitely do with a refurbishment, other than that the hotel was central enough for us with a car, plenty of places to eat nearby and an Aldi opposite was handy for us ”

“We absolutely loved our weekend here for St Patricks day! All staff are friendly and approachable! The little touch of bringing a birthday card and sweet treats to the room shortly after arrival for my daughter was extremely generous! And made my daughters day! The herbert park literally next door was beautiful and lovely to walk round. Breakfast was very good also! Easy acess to public transport to get around also. Will definitely stay again! ”

“This was a great location after ending our 7 day tour. Easily walkable, a Michelin rated restaurant for dinner, excellent breakfast out (since we had a leisure morning and no rush to the airport). Staff were very helpful and the room itself was charming, comfortable. Had a triple room for girls trip and plenty spacious! ”
