“The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in ”

“Great location for when visiting the tourist heart of Dublin. Everything was within walking distance, the staff was accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Keep in mind the room size, as they were smaller than we expected, but we didn't plan on lounging in the rooms, so they served their purpose. The breakfast plan is worth it, and the restaurant attached was also great!”

“I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. “The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……
