“酒店在公路旁，晚上有貨車聲，淋浴用了省水花灑，是慳水，但是一點都不舒適，毫不爽快，如果因爲要慳水而令客人不舒適，我想是不可接受的，反而洗手的水龍頭又沒有使用慳水的水龍頭！洗手盆的距離很遠，漱口時很不方便，風筒是壞的，服務台只有一個人當值，晚上電話無人接聽，更不用說服務了。”

“The cleaning lady started vacuuming at 7 in the morning and didn’t stop although it was Sunday. The heater was so loud we had to get up and turn it off. The room was in the lower level and had a musty smell. So we were ready to check out early.”

“We arrived to an open office with a keyless check in process. This is good . The key was clearly identified with my name and room number. The room was excellent except the mattress was on the firm side. Bathroom was clean and towels and bath mat readily accessible. Breakfast was fantastic with a well balanced choice of fruit , yogurt and brown bread. There were some home made muffins.”
