“The staff here are wonderful!! I will definitely stay here again. It is a nice, downtown hotel and again, the best hotel staff I’ve ever met and I’ve traveled extensively. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Also, the ladies in the bistro were equally as wonderful! ”

“I didn't like the mishandling of my daughter in law reservation. She was not notified of problems with her reservation until day of arrival which resulted in our family being separated and staying at different locations. I found that to be very unprofessional. ”

“酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。 但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。 ”

“Issues with tv not working. Asked for help. No one explained the 2 remotes or how they worked. TV said no signal. It was supposed to be addressed while we were out. Returned to same issue and told we would have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to figure out smaller remote that says room control was for the tv. Difficult to navigate but I was able to get something going. ”
