“服務品質十分好，而且對於電梯設備雖然每次按樓層之前都必須刷卡有點麻煩，但是這都是為了旅客的安全，我覺得這一點挺好的!!因此這次的住宿我很滿意。”

“Great stay. I was greeted at my arrival with a smile, southern hospitality, and hot cookies- my fav! My room was spacious and had perfect accommodations to work from the room. WiFi was sufficient for my needs. The bedroom was very comfortable. The restaurant was also great. Tia, the bartender was super personable and made me feel very welcomed. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Room was clean and plenty of parking. Front desk was very nice and quick. If I had to say I had a con it would be that it was a little noisy. I guess due to it being a Saturday night it was rather busy.”

“We found two bugs on the sofa bed! And the hair dryer was broken ”

“First room they put us in. There was no service for Cable and the phones didn’t work which she said they were sending somebody out Monday so she got another remote and the TV did come on but when she left, we couldn’t get Service again so they switched us to another room And I seen footprints that were dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. The bathtub was dirty and every time you move the bed sound like it was hitting on some tin or drum but the second rm had phone service after we were told……

“Check in clerk was not very friendly. To be honest, when we drove around back to our room, it looked like a big drug house. We were so uncomfortable that we never even stopped the car. We made an immediate decision to just leave and find another hotel. Needless to say, we lost the money we spent for this hotel. Not very happy about that!”
