“To honor my elderly mothers request to go to the beach for a weekend, I looked for a small house that wasn't too expensive and where everything was on one floor. The cottage met our requirements. The cottage was clean, had ample towels, and the beds were comfortable. The check-in and out was very easy. The owners were very kind and pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful visit.”

“A very clean and comfortable stay with lots of space to spread out, play cards, put out a spread of food, then go walk on the quiet beach.Don’t expect marble and granite here - It’s a charming older home with creaky wood floors and cottage vibes. Beds are very comfortable. Very cool “birds nest” bedroom on the top floor. There’s tons of comfy couch seating for TV at night. We would stay here again.”

“The house had plenty of space for our group of 15 people (all ages) to comfortably spread out when needed and come together when we wanted. We had a couple of issues that the owner responded to and resolved quickly. The house was cool, the pool was warm and lots of fun! The location was quiet (only noise was from planes and jets flying overhead but that seems to be the norm for the area). Close to shopping and a very cute mini golf/water park and only about 15 minutes to either the Virginia……

Such an amazing place you need to see for yourself! Easy check-in and check-out. The host was wonderful to communicate with. If we ever make it back to the Virginia Beach area we will definitely book here again. ”
