“Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. Don't be fooled by the low rates. This is a seriously nice motel. Staff was gracious yet not intrusive. Grounds and rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated. Plenty of fun things to do on the property. My two year-old loved the massive sandbox. Beautiful fire pit which I did not get a chance to try. Even the other guests were decent and pleasant. If you want an affordable stay without the pain of a fleabag motel, then Phil and Anne's is your go to……
