“Property good smell like an over abundance of Hotel air freshener. I was on the second floor Waterview room very nice. Only bad thing is was over the top of a bar underneath that seemed to favor lotta young college people music was very loud. Could feel the base from the music. I was OK though we stayed up late and did our own thing but when you’re going to bed if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a problem.”

“The location is wonderful. You have access to the larger timeshare next door which includes hot tubs, indoor outdoor swimming pool, workout door, etc. Check in & out easy. Room overlooked Newport harbor. The room was clean, comfortable but basically. Staff super friendly. ”

“This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset.”

Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. The location is great with a lot of local Newport attractions, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The unit was clean, complete, and had everything we needed. “Perfect location”

“Our accommodations were exactly as listed. Beds and bedding very comfortable and unit very sunny. Nice that there was a fireplace and came in handy on our one rainy and damp day. Best of all, location was amazing and main storefronts, wharf, tour trolleys and many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely revisit Newport and stay here again!”

“We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue.……

“The room was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a small kitchen. The location was great a 5 minute walk from the wharfs in Newport. The check in process was the only thing that wasn't great. Did not have room ready at 4 as they were supposed to - no big deal, but when they finally called me around 4:30 to tell me that it was ready, there was a long line to check in. The property had 2 pools and several grills that all seemed good although I didn't take advantage of any of them. The room was……
