“The front desk worker was beyond helpful and friendly. Accommodating . The rooms were clean . I left a tip for the maid and she left me a note saying she didn’t know if it was a tip or not so she didn’t take it . Very sweet . Best experience with a hotel near Liberty ”

“Starting with the good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the furniture was in good condition. Right now though, there are major renovations happening at the hotel. The elevator had a serious clunk when going both up and down, which was a little unnerving. There’s a lot of road noise from a nearby highway. On the fourth floor, the Internet did not work at all. It worked fine on the first floor. And the shower took a full 7 minutes to get warm enough to make it usable. Guessing……

“Stayed 3 nights for CFAW. The staff at the counter and servicing the breakfast were pleasant. We had issues with the satellite TV. It initially did not work at all when we checked in. After somone came to reset the TV, the service would constantly reconnec every 5 minutes which made it difficult to watch any show. The message indicated it could be due to weather but weather was not an issues all 3 nights. The breakfast only includes eggs and sausage on the weekends. The eggs were gone by 8:30am……

“I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its well-maintained, remodeled appearance. The property was very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The continental breakfast was a nice offering but was poorly maintained. Guests frequently had to request restocking of essential items such as coffee, milk, eggs, bacon, and baked goods, which were often depleted. While this was a minor inconvenience, it is worth noting as an area for improvement. My……

“Hood”

“Had something on the wall in our room. Maybe a bug squished and smeared. IDK. It was very noisy. You can hear the people next door coughing all night. and people upstairs I think were running a daycare and/or having a jazzerise class all evening. Uughh. Overall, I felt safe and we were only needing one nught. Things were bare as far as asthetics easier to clean. Would like a rug in the room. We did have a full size fridge and stovetop, but didnt need to use it. Would stay again if the Holiday……
