“Very welcoming, pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely old characterful building set in beautiful, well kept grounds. Rooms are a little tired but very clean. Our allocated room was rather drab in decor and also faced the busy road, resulting in traffic noise. On request, we were offered another room which was cheerier, brighter and quieter. Dinner in the courtyard was lovely and breakfast in the Garden Room was also excellent. We would definitely stay again.”
