“雖然離金浦機場較近，但是也有一段距離，會駛進酒店的車只有一班往來outlet的巴士，而且1小時才有一班。 所以基本上出入該酒店的方法只有的士，我在的士所花的費用完全足以讓我在市區住更好的酒店了！ 晚上九點後完全沒有公共交通工具進入該酒店，的士司機也拒絕乘載，非常不方便，比死更難受！ 會覺得這裏好住的大概只有能自己駕駛的本地人了，對於外國的遊客是完全不推薦。一定會後悔的。 四圍什麼也沒有，便利店也是自己想開就開。 肚餓的時候，想找餐廳也是不可能的。 而且到仁川機場的時間也非常長，從市區到仁川機場還更方便。 究竟在這裏建酒店的人頭腦是否出現了什麼問題？至少應該給住客安排一些直通巴士往來吧。 另外浴室的設計也很反智，沒有門而且那個玻璃也很短 ，洗澡時必定會把水淺出外面，究竟有沒有認真考慮設計？ 早餐不包的四星級酒店，讓人失望。 在前台尋求幫助，想與的士司機通話時，也被很不耐煩地打發走了，後來也是我自己解決了問題。 總而言之，在這裏的住宿體驗十分差，除非你是喜歡整天在酒店內活動，否則不建議，簡直垃圾。 。”

“The hotel locates at only 5-minutes walking distance from Balsan station. It is modern hotel but the lighting was just too dark. There was a motion sensor in the bathroom, so the light would turn itself off when I was in the middle of a shower. The A/C inside the room was pretty loud, and the blinds for the room had a gap so light could come through in the morning. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, no lack of eateries nearby.
