“The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”
“We really enjoyed the live music on the rooftop pool with gorgeous views. The complimentary s’mores on the patio was another hit. We ate breakfast at the hotel both days, and everything we had was a delicious start to our days. There is plenty to do right close by with trails and outdoor activities, and we found the space inside the hotel equally inviting. The staff is very kind and attentive. They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!?
Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings……
“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
