“I have rented from VRBO for more than a decade and this home was the best thought out home I’ve ever rented. I did not need anything extra and everything was in great shape. The location was exactly where we wanted, driving distance to the parks but away from tourists. Could not have been more pleased.”

The pictures do not do the outdoor space justice; the river being right behind the home creates a feeling of peace and relaxation just by stepping outside, and our family enjoyed the pool, swings, and outdoor seating areas each day. The location makes it easy to beat the crowds into the park. ”

I must say, the property was actually BETTER than described - which is saying something. “The stay at this cozy little place was just what we needed to escape the city. The location strikes the perfect balance, close enough to town for convenience, yet tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We loved the nearby hike to see real dinosaur tracks, and the backyard was ideal for stargazing at night.The cabin itself is small but charming, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The only suggestions we’d offer are that the memory foam mattress felt a bit worn and it would be……

“This charming house was great to have as home base during our stay here! Besides being well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated, the views are beautiful and stars, plentiful. We took excursions to Bryce Canyon, Escalate and did some local hiking. We enjoyed several restaurants in town in the evenings. We would highly recommend! ”

“We enjoyed a few days at this property. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2-3 families. Great proximity to Zion Ponderosa if you want to use their amenities or book a tour/guided trip. Easy walk to access the East Rim trail, short drive to observation point trailhead. We really enjoyed the new Apple cross mountain bike trails. Owner was very responsive and communicated all details well.”

“Overall we really enjoyed the house. It was big, with a great kitchen and fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the location to the East entrance to Zion (while still far enough from the traffic and noise of the park) was really great. A few small things to point out...the dishwasher doesn’t wash the dishes well, theres a few things around the house that need maintenance, and the overall level of cleanliness isnt great. Still, we would absolutely stay here again. ”

“My family of three and our corgi dog stayed here while visiting Zion National Park for spring break. The place was immaculate and well decorated. We loved the yard and the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and nice appliances which was perfect because we packed all our food to cook at the VRBO to avoid eating out to save some money. There were plenty of towels and linens and the air units in each room were nice to keep the place warm. The only setbacks were……
