“since I took the time to read the comments I was expecting things not to be perfect with this stay, had I not researched the property I may have been disappointed due to high hopes, with that said knowing everything with the house was not going to be perfect, I will say we had a great time. location and views are amazing the constant crashing of the waves got to be a little much by the end of the stay, but overall we had a great time.”

“It's obvious Sue and Chad put time and effort in making the house and grounds beautiful. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook, and just relax and enjoy the surroundings. All you hear are the birds and crashing waves, no road sounds. I spent every possible minute outside. It was also a treat to visit with Sue, she knows a wealth of information on the area and is just plain fun! With any luck, we'll be back again!”

We loved the huge green tree ferns and the flowers surrounding the property, giving it a private fantasy feeling, just like the pictures on the website. “The cottage was actually better than expected! Great location right near the park entrance and in a secluded and beautiful jungle neighborhood. The cottage was super clean and very well stocked. “We absolutely loved this house. My sister and I traveled with our significant others along with our dad. We had three wonderful bedrooms to ourselves that were clean with windows and fans for cooler air in the evenings! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and the outdoor kitchen is great for cooking during the heat of the day! The location is a little out of the way of beaches, but the drive is so worth it. The location was great for our day visit to the volcano park as well.”
