“千萬不要被騙， 相片外表好靚 ，進入建築物後， 有如恐怖片一般的 ，所有公眾地方， 衛生程度極為骯髒，冇任何照明系統！ 入住的五天，只有4條毛巾可用，床單都冇更換， 最大問題是連熱水爐都是時好時壞，致電屋主維修，還須呆等2小時！ 不知為什麼？自己要付出不少的租金， 但能夠獲得嘅服務等如零！！！”

“Reception are very nice and friendly. The room is tidy and clean. The best thing is the train station is very close to the hotel, just need a couple minutes of walking and you’ll arrive. Also, across the road there are many shops, which you can almost buy everything you need. I’m surely recommend this hotel. ”

“The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property was situated near many areas for tourists such as parks, the main square, the church (unfortunately under construction). The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The room was very clean, i had a great view out the window. The only negative (not for me) is the tram runs right alongside the building. They provide earplugs in the room, so dont freak out unless you didnt do your research. It wasnt that loud and i slept fine without the……

“Perfecte accommodatie om Zagreb te ontdekken. Kan makkelijk te voet, maar er stopt ook tram 11 en 12 voor de deur. Goede uitleg van de receptioniste, auto konden we na uitchecken laten staan en koelkast mocht aangesloten blijven staan. Top gastvrijheid!”

“We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was a bit small with two large suitcases but that was the only con. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the room and common areas were beautiful, and the location was perfect. The staff were all lovely! We were especially grateful that the hotel made us breakfast to go when we had an early morning departure on the day we were checking out. Highly recommend if you're going to Zagreb!”
