“I didn't get the room booked. Booking confirmation was sent different to hotel and me.”

“The place is very good, suite has very comfortable bed and fantastic beddings. The size of suite very nice and comfortable. The food is ok, could be improved.”

“There was a party in one of the adjacent rooms and after complaining they alloted another room to us. Turns out that one of the drunks managed to open the room alloted to us and sleep in it and management could pretty much do nothing. Our 10 year old found out someone under the bedsheet when she walked into the room. Bed linen had stains in them and towels were not washedand had a brown hue. Great location near to the temple but this is not a place that families can stay. ”

“During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. The quality of food was not up to the mark, and breakfast wasn’t available until 7:30. Overall, not……

“The property tried to overcharge us to make extra money even after they agreed to cancelling one of our rooms. The place is mouldy and a major health hazard. The staff are unprofessional. ”

“Wow what a serene beautiful setting in the River. We were absolutely spoilt with attention & great service. Chef Anish & assistant chef Baby cooked to order & delicious with lots of it. Jeevan & everyone made our stay perfect, especially after our hour sunset boat trip we had a table set up under the tree on the edge of the River. Alchil the nite porter super helpful. We had the Ayurveda massage & wow another amazing experience. ”
