“Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar……

“When we arrived the hotel was full , it was very crowded everywhere, wifi was very slow, elevators were not capable handling the load, but everything got fine when hotel was about to close down for winter ”

Essen im Hauptrestaurant war lecker, aber besonders gut war es in den drei Restaurants im Hotel. Unbedingt reservieren! Das Beste war für uns der super Kids Club mit toller Betreuung. Jeden Tag abwechslungsreiches Programm und motivierte Mitarbeiter. Toll!”

“Helt underbart hotell. Oftast brukar bilderna vara gamla eller tillfixade, men inte i detta fallet. Istället var verkligheten bättre än bilderna. Vi fick fantastisk hjälp från all personal. Poolområdet var mysigt. Restaurangerna bra och miljön underbar. Det var också nära till allt med både buss och bil.”

“Ik vond het personeel heel erg hartelijk en ze gaven mij een heel gastvrij gevoel. De ligging van het hotel vond ik heel erg prettig, omdat het iets achteraf lag en iets buiten de grotere hotels en winkelstraten. Het is een heel mooi hotel met maar maximaal 4 etages, dus klein opgezet. Een heel fijn zwembad met fijne relaxplaatsen en een prettige hotelbar erbij.”
